200% of my weight would be what?

I am 5ft 4in, currently 239-241-ish (flux's) with a BMI of around 40.5-41. Im small boned. When i called Tricare they said that they go by the latest Metropolitan Life Weight charts for their "ideal" weight numbers... My question is, they give a range... can you be at the bottom of that range and qualify? Using this table http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/met.htm it says that for my bone structure and height, i should be 117-124... ok, well 117x2= 234 but 124x2=248 .... Im so terrified that im working at this and am going to be denied. I do have co-morbidities, but i dont know if they will accept them. Unexplained Infertility, 6 years documented Back problems (dislocated rib) exasserbated by weight, Rx Flexeril and T3, also seeing a chiropractor Shortness of breath Knee problems from childhood obesity, exasserbated by weight. Borderline Diabetic (105-110 fasting blood sugar) No HBP. No apnea that i know of, just insomnia HELP!!
